The building is located in a former industrial area and consists of 2 blocks of 4 flats each. It was designed to make optimal use of the site while blending into the building complex with minimal aesthetic impact. The guiding concept of the other buildings was taken up to create a compact geometry of two blocks with linear access. Outside, there is a large raised garden with a recreation area that can be used by all residents of the building. The layout of the interior spaces is rational and reduces unused space to a minimum, providing four 2.5-bedroom and four 3.5-bedroom flats. 3.5-ROOM FLATS: BLOCK A The two flats on each floor are of equal size and are symmetrical, with side-by-side entrances. Inside, one can distinguish a space dedicated to the living and dining area with kitchen, while there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a generous bathroom with bath and shower. Each flat also has a large balcony that looks out from the living room towards the garden. Serving the units, then, in the basement there is a cellar and a reserved parking space as well as a shared laundry room.
