The building stands in a former industrial area and consists of 2 blocks with 4 flats each. It has been designed to maximise the use of the site and at the same time fit into the built complex with minimal aesthetic impact, taking up the guiding concept of the other buildings to generate a compact geometry made up of two blocks with linear development. Outside, the large raised garden also includes a recreation area that can be used by all the building's occupants.
