Gentilino, a former Ticino municipality in the Lugano district, has formed the municipality of Collina d'Oro with Agra and Montagnola since 2004. The Collina d'Oro, favoured by its splendid geographic location between the gulf of Lugano and the gulf of Agno, attracts interested parties and lovers of beautiful places, in search of housing possibilities or valuable architecture or idyllic landscapes. Top international schools, such as T.A.S.I.S. (The American School in Switzerland) and Franklin College, are about one kilometre away. In the immediate vicinity of the Residenza Montalbano, there is also a large municipal car park under construction, close to the new sports ground. Entering the flat, one enters into the living area consisting of a living room and kitchen with access to the terrace.
