The main challenge was to make a building modern and elegant in a harmonious context in the current urban fabric. In addition to a technical intervention, we also thought about an attractive façade. The design of the urban side towards Via Concordia is characterised by a sophisticated geometry. The heating system is replaced with an air/water heat pump installed on the roof of the building, which will be reversible in hot and cold. The sanitary system will be executed completely new in stainless steel. The electrical installations will be executed to a higher standard, with Smart Home functions for lights and shutters. The 4.5-room penthouse comprises a kitchen open to the living room, three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and another bathroom. There is also a private laundry room and a guest bathroom. The flat also has three terraces, the largest of which measures 35 m2. In addition, an exclusive rooftop is planned with access from the terrace. The flats will be delivered with high-level finishes in the kitchen, living and bathroom areas fully equipped with elegant fittings and sanitary ware.
