The main challenge was to make a building modern and elegant in a harmonious context in the current urban fabric. In addition to a ‘technical’ intervention, we also thought about an eye-catching ‘beautiful façade’. The design of the ‘urban side’ towards Via Concordia is characterised by a sophisticated geometry. The heating system is replaced with an air/water heat pump installed on the roof of the building, which will be reversible in hot and cold. The sanitary system will be executed completely new in stainless steel. The electrical installations will be executed to a higher standard, with Smart Home functions for lights and shutters. The 4.5-room flats consist of a kitchen open to the living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Each flat has a terrace with an open view. The flats will be delivered with high-level finishes in the kitchen, living area and fully equipped bathrooms with elegant fittings and sanitary ware.
